London 2012: Day Two Review!

Some thoughts from day 2...

  • Typical FIFA officiating blunders in just about every match yesterday, including in UAE/Uruguay and of course Great Britain/Senegal where a colision in the penalty box almost set off a fight.
  • Japan looked good against Spain! Very shocking upset!
  • There has been a lot more contact in this first day of football than in most matches (that I could remember) in the 2010 FIFA World Cup (that's my honest opinion)!
  • Could Belarus shock everyone in this tournament? Some others have done it in the past (Iraq at Athens for one).
This is just the first day of men's football, and hopefully more things could happen within the next couple of weeks!
