Spring Awakening, based on Stephen Sater's book, opened on April 13 at Marjorie Lyons Playhouse on the Centenary campus. It concluded its first weekend of runs earlier today (4.15). Alan Souza had to travel from NYC to direct this, which took almost six months of rehearsals to get through. The music is by Duncan Sheik ("Barely Breathing" give you a clue?).
