NCAA D-I Championship Weekend in Review.
40-0 is the way to go.
Despite battling Bell's palsy, Kim Mulkey finally got her national title. The perfect season was perfect. Then here comes the recruitment issues, in which not only the Lady Bears, but the Bears men's team both just recently received three-years probation by the NCAA. Shameful way to end the season.
Speaking of the men's title, it came as a surprise that Kentucky's men's team-mostly of freshmen-won the national title in New Orleans.
And BC won its fifth national title in men's ice hockey, but it was a great run nonetheless by Ferris State to get this far in their program. Well done and we'll hear more from FSU in the near future.
That is just a short review, folks.
