Honduras made their only winter Olympics appearance at Albertville 1992 with cross country skier Jenny Palacios Stillo as their lone athlete. She competed in three events: 5km, 15km and 5/10km pursuit and failed to medal.

As of now, no participation from Honduras for Sochi as of yet.
