Australian Open 2012 is here!

After fighting injuries, Kim Clijsters is back in Melbourne to defending her women's singles title as she will enter the first grand slam of 2012 as the 11th seed. Remember, she pulled out of the US Open after ankle injuries. Prior to the 2011 US Open, Clijsters was the defending two time singles champion.

On the singles side at Melbourne this year, Novak Djokovic and Caroline Wozniacki are the #1 seeds. Could we see some surprises come out of this first grand slam of the year?
