Sochi 2014: The Countdown Series: Kyrgyzstan

65 days remaining until the opening ceremonies (64 until the first day of competition) at Sochi 2014. Up next on the countdown: Kyrgyzstan.

Kyrgyzstan, like other former Soviet republics, made their winter Olympics (and Olympics) debut at Lillehammer 1994. They have sent at least one athlete to the winter games ever since. Most of the Kyrgyz contingent in the winter games competed in either Alpine or biathlon events; none of them won a medal.

As of now, no representation from Kyrgyzstan for Sochi as of yet.
