Bolivia first appeared in the winter Olympics at Cortina d'Ampezzo 1956, then returned to the winter games at Lake Placid 1980. They haven't had an athlete in the winter Olympics since Albertville 1992. These were all in Alpine events; not one brought home a medal.
As of now, no participation from anyone on behalf of Bolivia at Sochi, but could change.
