Whodunnit? Episode 7 Review: Hot Tub Turbo Machine

For those who haven't seen the episode, ignore this review. For those who have, scroll down in...

One...

It was another strange episode of Whodunnit?, and this one had heavy competition from some NFL preseason football game on NBC, featuring the Cowboys.

The remaining five guests on Rue Manor were investigating Geno's murder. Blood was all over the parquet floor, and a chandelier landed on Geno's head, apparently. But that wasn't the case. I was assuming Kane or the Undertaker snuck from somewhere in the manor, cut the chandelier cord, and chokeslammed Geno through the chandelier. That was not the case.

The faithful five began to look for various clues, including a 'two piece set' found in a drawer. This 'two piece set' I'm talking about is a 9mm gun with night vision, so when the lights were cut out (with another valuable clue-a blackout meter), killer began to go after Geno and shot him in the belly button.

In the morgue, some more interesting stuff discovered. When a bullet from the 9mm was found in Geno's belly button, Cris' reaction was this: "son of a biscuit!" I'm sure 'bitch' was edited out. Also the cell phone discovered in Geno's right pocket. It wasn't his, it was Giles! Why would Geno borrow Giles' cell phone? Maybe because a) Geno ran out of minutes or b) Geno's service went out (could have had Verizon). Or the killer randomly stole it from Giles' bedroom whilst he was sleeping and snuck it in there? Who knows?

Also, the lei's that were made out of these nuts. Geno avoided wearing them. When the remaining five guests deciphered the puzzle, it seemed tricky to some. Ronnie had trouble with it, the same way Dana detested the puzzles two episodes ago as 'demonic.' Ronnie also had trouble finding the nuts, and it bothered Melina a little bit, where she told him to "find your own nuts." Funny stuff. Also, there was two monkey sculptures that were discovered, one with a clue describing Geno's night. These sculptures were described as 'trained monkeys.' Hmmm...trained monkeys huh? Could the Angels' Rally Monkey be the killer? I was hoping one of the remaining guests was talking one-on-one to the monkey sculptures like what Miljan did to a 'totem pole' in the recent episode of SIBERIA:

At dinner time, finger food was served. None of the guests were in a good move for a party. Then Giles delivers the good news: Lindsey, who was the most valuable at solving Geno's murder, is verbally 'spared.' Then it's envelope time. Melina gets a 'scared,' and so does Ronnie, while Kam and Cris are 'spared.'

The next day, Giles and the guests meet up at the table, where he invites the remaining five to a spa day. Melina was covered up in a facial massage, whilst Ronnie was in the hot tub. Both were assuming they would live another day. Melina was thinking, "too much of this and I'll suffocate." However that wasn't the case. On the other hand, the hot tub Ronnie was in jetted in a whirlpool too fast, and he hydroplaned until he fell flat first. The brutal g-force from the whirlpool killed Ronnie instantly. Ronnie the Bounty Hunter has met his fate. Only four remaining, as indicated on the scorecard:

ELIMINATED:
13. Sheri (blunt force trauma, electrocution)
12. Dontae (third degree burns)
11. Adrianna (fatal cart explosion)
10. Don (mauled by puma)
9. Ulysses (fatal horse fall)
8. Sasha (stabbed, suffocated, immortalized)
(tie) Dana (stabbed, suffocated, immortalized)
6. Geno (shot, blunt force trauma)
5. Ronnie (hot tub fatality)

Remaining: Cris, Lindsay, Kam, Melina

I'm predicting this next to last episode (nine are planned for this season), that the maids and the remaining guests' lives are in danger, and it could come down to Giles and the Killer on the final episode. I want it to happen. Good for television, and a possible 14th or 15th guest could show up, one being the killer and one being the winner. Could those extra guests been reserves for the producers in case one of the guests is injured or quit? Or could these 'guests' come from another TV show; most likely one that airs on either ABC or another network? Possible crossover perhaps? And could there be some backstage politics involved, similar to the recent SIBERIA episode? It could happen. Stay tuned.
