EUROVISION 60th Anniversary Tournament of Champions: March Madness Style, First Round

To commemorate the 60th anniversary (this year) of Europe's 'favorite' TV show, I felt like since this is March, why not a tournament?

This is about the winning songs of the EUR(O)VISION (stylized after the EBU's broadcasting service) Song Contest. 62 songs in the tournament, including the co winners from 1965 and 1969 are also in this tournament. Seedings were based on points racked up in grand final. So without any hesitation, the bracket seedings, similar to the NCAA basketball tournaments:
