Owned. Despite this incident this could hurt the company. As we all know, FedEx's main competitors are ups and the US Postal Service. Some might stay with FedEx, some might leave. It's up to you the customer.
As for that FedEx guy in the surveillance who threw the fucking monitor...good luck flipping burgers.
