Tracy Morgan Sues Walmart over Crash Damage by Company Driver!

Link.

Walmart is shit anyway. But the crooked judges will see this as 50/50, because of the parties involved.

If Juggalos Are a Gang, Why Aren't Beliebers? One Directioners?

I first saw this news on their official Facebook page, now it is a reality.

Even odd that people have committed strange felonies, including attacks and robberies just to name a few, under the Psychopathic logo, just to make them look bad. Also probably another reason Twiztid and a few others left Psychopathic (maybe). Have the FBI ever done any research?

Oh, and Beliebers and One Directioners are worse.

Yet Another Corny Lawsuit!

See if you can distinguish between the logos of FXX Cable Network and ExxonMobil:

Now, a lawsuit is filed by ExxonMobil because of the 'XX' cross design, which as you can see are both slanted differently.

Did you know that there's a Ferrari FXX? Not sure if Ferrari will sue FX for the name.

And Every Little Person Is a Slim Shady Lurking...

Could be working at a Burger King spitting on your...Whopper?

Four year suit ended. It's tough to eat food in general no matter the brand, no matter how you or others prepare or package it without some poisoning. Very sad.

Brandi Sherwood (Cochran), Come on Down!

Link.

The actual retail price of the winnings is $777,000! (insert random TPIR 'clangs and whoops' sound)

Actually, this is the umpteenth time the current version of TPIR has been hit with a lawsuit since the show got reincarnated in 1972 as The New Price is Right. Three original Barker's beauties, then a couple others since. Something is in the water there at TPIR.

Choose Your Words Carefully.

A high school teacher by day, Sarah Jones has another job in the fall-an NFL cheerleader. The veteran Ben-Gal originally sued a website called TheDirty.com claming that she had sex with Bengals players (which is a no-no among NFL standards) including former Bengal PK Shayne Graham, who most recently was cut from the Cowboys before the start of the season.

She sued the website in 2009 for libel and slander and won $11 million, but not saw not one penny. Recently she confronted the owner of TheDirty.com on Anderson Cooper's syndicated show:

Justin Bieber: You Are the Father!?

It doesn't sound like an episode of Maury, but this could be a future buildup to a special episode of that show.

RANT: Is Taco Bell's Beef REALLY Beef?

Really?

And now this is a comeback from the Yum! division's president posted on their web site.

Now my side of the story. I don't mind Taco Bell, but I do understand that most of today's fast food is in the shitter. I will eat fast food at chains such as Raising Cane's, Sonic, Popeye's, and others every once in a while whenever there's something new and refreshing on the menu. For the past few years I turned to Moe's for my quick Mexican food fix, even though it's not fast food, but fast casual (other chains are like that-Smashburger and Wing-Stop among others). People should realize, regardless of fast food or home cooking, who knows what they add inside the food, we will still eat it anyway.

With that in mind, Arby's ran a series of ads a few years back for their chicken, claiming that it's "all natural," to Wendy's (their soon-to-be former sister chain) and McDonald's. It's fast food, you never know what they add into their chicken.

Some chains also debuked one another about food being fresh and not frozen, even Jack in the Box got sued by Carl Karcher Enterprises (CKE), the parent of Carl's Jr. and Hardees a few years back because of the claim that CKE's "angus" burgers were not angus but from the "anus."

But the thing is, no matter what's in the food, people will still eat it, and if they get sick and claim that they'll never go back, you never know that they WILL come back. Not surprising.
