"Adio" is another reasonable ballad, but good, flowing and atmospheric. Another year that a Montenegrin entry in the ESC has impressed me. He will no doubt make it into the grand final. He will perform on May 21 in the second semifinal. Yes, I said another impressive Montenegrin entry. Sergej Cetkovic's "Moj Svjet" was good last year, as was the previous two years. Good luck.
For the eighth consecutive year in a row, the nation of Crna Gora (Montenegro) will be a part of the ESC. This year, heading into Copenhagen, comes a powerful ballad by Sergej Cetkovic (pictured), called "Moj Svijet."
"Moj Svijet" is a very soft ballad, that is euphoric and very melodic. I like it to the point that it almost raises the same intensity of pop folker Zeljko Joksimovic's "Nije Ljubav Stvar" from 2012. The two songs aren't alike, but are so intense. He will perform in the first semifinal on Tuesday, the 6th of May. I'll predict that he will be borderline, hence he will make the grand final on Saturday, the 10th of May.
Montenegro has been a part of the ESC since 2007 (split as an independent nation from Serbia in 2006). I liked Stevan Faddy's "Ajde Croci" from their first year in ESC. Say what you want, but I do like the last couple of years for Montenegro in the ESC. Last year, with the Who See Klapa "Igranka" and the funny (and I don't understand why some think it was the worst, you silly top 40 music sheeple!), yet over-political "Euro Neuro" by Rambo Amadeus in 2012. Those are my opinion and I'm sticking to it. They didn't make the grand final respectively, but Sergej can. Wish the best.

Montenegro made their winter Olympics debut at Vancouver 2010.
Skier Bojan Kosic (pictured) was not only their lone athlete for Vancouver, but also the first Montenegrin in the winter games. He competed in two events: slalom and giant slalom, and did not win a medal.
As of now, no Montenegrin contingent for Sochi, but could change.
The Who See Klapa is a rap/hip-hop duo which will represent Montenegro at Malmo 2013 with "Reggaeton Montenegro" "Igranka."
Another EUROVISION LVIII participant who had to change songs for a reason. The difference between "Reggaeton Montenegro" and "Igranka" is the beats. "Reggaeton" had a Caribbean sound, while "Igranka"-with the addition of Nina Zizic-has a harder sound, complete with dubstep. Take a listen:
The song is good. It has it all, the power, the raw courage, something that the Austrian duo Trackshittaz (they also have another alias) didn't have at Baku 2012. Raw power and courage is what's needed in a rap/hip-hop tune in the ESC. However, something that needed to go is the dubstep beat. Everything is good except the dubstep. A different beat would have been better. I hate dubstep, but is a powerful choon.
My assessment on this: this is one of my favorites nonetheless. This could surprise everyone as a potential winner at Malmo. Rap doesn't do very well in the ESC, but this could change the juries' minds as well as the voters at home (who will probably get the even crappier tunes of Cyprus and Finland into the finals because they're mostly tween or teen girls).
Also, even though Rambo Amadeus' politically-charged "Euro Neuro" from Baku 2012 is good and funny ("Euroskeptic, analphabetic, try not to be hermetic"), this blows that tune away.

The London Olympics will mark the second third summer Olympics that Montenegro will compete as an independent nation since the split of Serbia and Montenegro. The nation first competed as an independent nation at Beijing 2008. No medals were won by their athletes at Beijing.
Only one athlete from Montenegro will head to London, and will compete in the women's marathon.
