Last week, Cal Worthington passed away at 92. The legendary car dealer left behind memories for all of us, including that jingle that is a cover of that song with these lyrics: "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands."

Before there were chains like AutoNation, there was Cal Worthington. He owned 29 dealerships from Anchorage to Houston, including Worthington Chevy in Houston.

His dog 'spot' was not really a dog, but many animals, including a human-the late Deacon Jones. I'm not kidding.
